Welcome to Cashbackteam.ca (the “Website”), a Virtual Office Website (“VOW”) operated by The Cashback Team (“Cashback Team,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This document outlines the cashback terms and conditions (the “Terms”) governing your use of our cashback Website and the cashback-focused real estate services we provide.
By accessing, browsing, or using this cashback Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Cashback Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use this cashback Website.
1. Virtual Office Website (VOW) Agreement
This cashback Website is a VOW, allowing you to access real estate listing information from a data feed provided by PropTx Innovations Inc. (“PropTx”) on behalf of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (“TRREB”) to help you secure the best cashback opportunities.
To access this cashback information, you must agree to the following conditions, thereby entering into a lawful broker-consumer relationship with The Cashback Team:
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The listing information available through this cashback VOW is intended for consumers who have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type displayed to maximize their cashback, and may not be used for any commercial purpose or any other purpose without the express written consent of The Cashback Team.
You agree that:
- Registration: You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during your cashback registration, including full name, valid email address, and/or phone number.
- Bona Fide Interest: You have a genuine interest in viewing real estate properties for potential purchase, sale, or lease to earn cashback.
- Consumer Status: You are acting as an individual cashback consumer and not on behalf of another brokerage, salesperson, or any third party engaged in real estate services.
- Personal Use: Data is for your own personal, non-commercial use in evaluating cashback real estate transactions.
- No Redistribution: You will not copy, redistribute, or transmit listing data except in connection with your consideration of the purchase or sale of an individual cashback property.
- 30-Day Re-Authentication: You agree to log in and re-authenticate your cashback account at least once every 30 days to maintain access to MLS® data, as required by TRREB’s VOW rules.
- No Solicitation: Access to this cashback VOW does not constitute a solicitation for business if you are already under a brokerage agreement with another REALTOR®.
- Password Confidentiality: You will keep your cashback account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Auditing: You authorize TREB/TRREB and its representatives to access this cashback VOW for the purpose of verifying compliance with VOW rules and monitoring the display of MLS® data.
2. Use of Website and MLS® Data
The real estate information displayed on this cashback Website is sourced in whole or in part from the TRREB VOW feed provided by PropTx.
- Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use this cashback Website and its contents solely for personal cashback real estate purposes.
- Prohibited Uses: You may not use the cashback Website or its data for any commercial or investment advisory purpose; engage in “data scraping,” “screen scraping,” “database scraping,” or similar activities; modify, copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, or distribute cashback Website content without written consent; or interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the cashback Website.
3. Accuracy and Required Disclaimers
The information herein is provided by members of The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), who are responsible for its accuracy. CREA reproduces and distributes this information as a service to its members and assumes no responsibility for its accuracy.

4. Privacy Policy

The MLS®, Multiple Listing Service®, and associated logos are owned by CREA. MLS® data and content on this cashback Website are owned by PropTx Innovations Inc., TRREB, CREA, and other content providers. All rights reserved.
6. User-Generated Content
If you post content to the cashback Website, you grant The Cashback Team a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish that content in any media to promote our cashback programs.
7. Third-Party Links
This cashback Website may link to other websites outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party content or their privacy/security practices.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your cashback portal access at any time without prior notice if you breach these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, The Cashback Team, its officers, and agents will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this cashback Website or the MLS® data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms governing your cashback account are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
11. AI-Powered Services
The Cashback Team offers AI-powered features to assist your cashback journey, including a property search assistant and a listing-specific chatbot. By using these cashback features:
- No Warranty on AI Output: AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only. The Cashback Team makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated cashback content. You should always verify important information with Sal Sultan or our licensed real estate professionals.
- Data Processing: Your inputs may be processed by our AI systems and sent to third-party AI model providers for response generation. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use your cashback data for their own model training.
- No Selling of Data: We do not sell your AI chat inputs or outputs to any third party.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content. The Cashback Team shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated cashback responses.
12. Modifications
We may update these Cashback Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted with an updated Effective Date.
